Scarlett Johansson Says She’s Done Making Marvel Movies

Scarlett Johansson is undeniably one of the biggest parts of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, helping it to reach the heights of today. Her role as Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow, was central to Marvel becoming the juggernaut it is today. She even got her own solo Black Widow film. However, she’s recently solidified that her time with the character is over.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Johansson has confirmed that she’s done with the MCU. She said so in an interview with fellow Marvel alum Gwyneth Paltrow, no less. You can listen to the podcast here, but it’s not a huge surprise that she’s on to new things. Either way, her work as Black Widow will undoubtedly live on, so kudos again to Scarlett Johansson.
