Super Bowl LX: All Trailers and TV Spots Released During the Big Game

Today is the 60th Annual Super Bowl, which will feature the Seattle Seahawks facing the New England Patriots in what will undoubtedly be an exciting football game. Bad Bunny will perform this year’s Halftime show, while studios are ramping up several trailers and TV spots to premiere during the game. Here is a roundup of all the pieces of footage released over the course of the evening:

A “Big Game” spot for Scream 7 was released first, with tickets for the film on sale on February 9th. Written and directed by Kevin Williamson and co-written by Guy Busick, Scream 7 will see Neve Campbell return as Sidney Prescott, with Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Jimmy Tatro, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Mark Consuelos, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard and Scott Foley rounding up the cast.

A TV spot and final trailer were released for Phil Lord and Christopher Miller‘s Project Hail Mary. Written by Drew Goddard, who adapts the book of the same name by Andy Weir, the film stars Ryan Gosling, Sandra Hüller, Lionel Boyce, and Ken Leung.

A TV spot for Craig Gillespie‘s Supergirl premiered, prominently featuring Krypto the Superdog! Written by Ana Nogueira, the film will star Milly Alcock, Matthias Schoenaerts, Eve Ridley, David Krumholtz, Emily Beecham, and Jason Momoa.

The “Big Game Spot” for Hoppers has been released. Directed by Daniel Chong, the movie stars Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Kathy Najimy, Dave Franco, and Sam Richardson.

A TV spot for Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day has been released. Written by David Koepp, the film will star Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, Colman Domingo, and Wyatt Russell.

The Mandalorian and Grogu also released a TV spot, but it did not show any footage from the film. Written and directed by Jon Favreau and co-written by Dave Filoni, the movie stars Pedro Pascal, Sigourney Weaver, Jeremy Allen White, and Jonny Coyne.

The first trailer for Minions & Monsters has been released online. Directed by Pierre Coffin, the movie serves as a prequel to 2015’s Minions and is set in the 1920s, where three minions travel to Hollywood to pursue their dreams of becoming filmmakers, only to accidentally summon monsters.

Additionally, a short TV spot for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie also premiered. Directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, the movie stars Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Day, Jack Black, Keegan-Michael Key, Benny Safdie, and Brie Larson.

Finally, the surprise of the evening, we have our first look at David Fincher‘s The Adventures of Cliff Booth! Written by Quentin Tarantino, the movie will see Brad Pitt reprise his Academy Award-winning role as Cliff Booth and is joined by a star-studded cast that includes Scott Caan, Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Holt McCallany, Peter Weller, and Timothy Olyphant.

I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that The Adventures of Cliff Booth is a thing that’s actually happening.

That was the consensus that I heard at a party I was at, while also everyone saying it looked good and they were in. So, the sneak attack by Netflix on the general public seemed to work.
