Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are together again! This morning, Netflix revealed the teaser trailer for The Rip, which features Affleck and Damon in starring roles. Joe Carnahan co-writes and directs the action thriller, which Netflix will release next year on January 16th. In addition to Affleck and Damon, the cast includes Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, Sasha Calle, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Adkins, and Kyle Chandler.
This is the official synopsis from Netflix:
Upon discovering millions in cash in a derelict stash house, trust among a team of Miami cops begins to fray. As outside forces learn about the size of the seizure, everything is called into question — including who they can rely on.

This doesn’t look… terribly compelling from the trailer, but I’ll give kudos to any movie that has the good sense to cast the one good part of the otherwise abominable The Flash.
