As a diehard fan of the New York Jets, it’s safe to say I’m no fan of the New England Patriots. So, The Dynasty: New England Patriots director and executive producer Matthew Hamachek had a real tough task at hand, appealing to me. I don’t care for the Patriots, and that’s putting it mildly. No team has caused more strife for mine than them. At the same time, I do enjoy sports, with football one of my favorites to follow, so I was keenly aware of the fertile ground being tilled. The end result is something really fascinating to watch, regardless of your team allegiance. Recently, I hopped on Zoom for a nice chat with Hamachek about bringing it all together.
