New Trailer Released for ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’

Twentieth Century Studios has released a new trailer for James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water, the sequel to the worldwide hit that currently is the highest-grossing movie in box office history. In the trailer, audiences get a new look at the world of Pandora, where a new adventure will see returning characters Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) teach their kids valuable life lessons.

After multiple delays over the years, Avatar: The Way of Water finally hits theaters on December 16th. The cast also includes Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet and Cliff Curtis. Looks similar to the first one: jaw-dropping visual effects wizardry in service of racist “noble savage” hoo-hah.
