Steven Yeun to Join Bong Joon-ho’s ‘Mickey7’

Bong Joon-ho is rounding up the cast of his latest film, as Steven Yeun is the latest to join the Parasite director’s latest English-language project, Mickey7, as reported by Deadline.

Yeun (who Joey interviewed here for Minari) previously collaborated with Joon-ho on Okja, which co-starred Paul Dano, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Tilda Swinton. Mickey7 will also be Joon-ho’s first English-language project since Okja, which was released on Netflix five years ago.

It is unclear who Yeun would play in the film, but he rounds up an already star-studded cast comprised of Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie, Mark Ruffalo, and Toni Collette. He will next be seen in Jordan Peele‘s Nope, which releases in theatres on July 22nd.
