According to sources like Variety, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now, in its 47th day of release, at $936.773 million, giving it the record. There’s more to go, too, as the film is hardly leaving theaters yet. So, Star Wars has given way to Spider-Man. Congrats to all involved, as well as to the movies, which are having a box office resurgence this summer.
