Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!
For episode 302, I’m joined by Robert Hamer as this week’s co-host, with producer Steven Prusakowski working behind the scenes on Emmy season content and, of course, TV Topics. Robert actually was on one of the very first episodes of the show (episode five, in fact, which you can listen to here), so it’s a return of sorts, though hopefully he’ll be a consistent part of things going forward. This episode features us discussing the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the wake of Spider-Man: Brand New Day (reviewed here) setting the domestic opening weekend box office record. In addition to MCU chatter, I pump him up for Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma (rave review here), as well as take a few of your questions. There’s plenty more here, as Robert hits the ground running, so hopefully you find it be a good one. Plus, there’s a Myles update for those who listen closely…
