After Eddington, it really feels like Ari Aster could make just about anything and have A-listers come along for the ride. He’s the type of filmmaker who attracts stars to have him utilize them unlike anyone else. Well, another massive performer is on board for his next effort, and it’s no less than Scarlett Johansson.
According to Variety, Johansson will star in Scapegoat for Aster. No word yet on casting or plot, as per the usual, but Aster has ScarJo on board for the lead. Given the title, it’s sure to push buttons like all of his other works, and given his style, would you expect anything less? More when we have it.
