Teaser Trailer Released for ‘Resident Evil’ From Zach Cregger

This morning, we got our first real look at what Zach Cregger is cooking up with Resident Evil, as an official teaser trailer hit the web. It appears to be the teaser that played to those in attendance at CinemaCon, hinting at a very different looking adaptation of the video game franchise. Cregger co-writes and directs, with Austin Abrams in the lead role.

Columbia Pictures has released the following synopsis:
