We’re a week out from the release of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and Nintendo just couldn’t keep this one a secret. There had been rumors that Fox McCloud could be in the sequel, and apparently there was a blink and you’ll miss it shot of him in the latest trailer. Well, now his inclusion has been confirmed, as well as who is going to be the voice of Fox. Details below
According to the man himself on social media, Glen Powell is the voice of Fox McCloud. Powell revealed it on Instagram, giving audiences the inside scoop. Powell has played a fighter pilot before, notably in Top Gun: Maverick, so there’s a bit of a fun aspect to his casting. You’ll be able to hear him play the character next week when The Super Mario Galaxy Movie hits theaters.
