First Trailer for ‘Mother Mary’ Gives a Look at David Lowery’s Latest Film

The first trailer for Mother Mary has been released online. Written and directed by David Lowery, the movie stars Anne Hathaway, Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Kaia Gerber, Jessica Brown Findlay, Alba Baptista, Sian Clifford, and FKA Twigs.

Here is the plot synopsis:

“Long-buried wounds rise to the surface when iconic pop star Mother Mary (Anne Hathaway) reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer Sam Anselm (Michaela Coel) on the eve of her comeback performance.”
