Adam Driver, Jeremy Strong, and Anne Hathaway to Star in ‘Paper Tigers’ for James Gray

While it seemed for a bit like James Gray would be making his follow up to Armageddon Time a biopic of John F. Kennedy in his military days, that film has fallen by the wayside. However, this weekend brought news of a new project Gray is writing and directing, one that has a hell of a cast attached. Newcomers, returning players, this one has got both!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Adam Driver, Jeremy Strong, and Anne Hathaway are on board to star in Paper Tigers for Gray. The movie is going to be a return to the world of crime dramas for the filmmaker, where he made his bones earlier on in his career. Hathaway and Strong are joining up with Gray again after Armageddon Time, while Driver is on board for the first time. More as this one comes together.

I have no idea who keeps ponying up money for James Gray‘s projects but I’m so glad they’re still keeping the funding going.
