Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!
For episode 185, I’m joined once again by my co-host Myles Hughes, with fellow co-host Steve Prusakowski getting the night off to catch up on some behind the scenes items. This one, ironically, is an episode that initially didn’t have a ton on the agenda. However, we end up hitting on a number of topics. They include a longer discussion of Civil War (my review of which is here), Myles finally catching up on The Zone of Interest, a preview of Inside Out 2 (my thoughts are here), as well as what the Cannes Film Festival lineup holds. Throw in your questions, as well as me teasing out my early Oscar predictions (the Year in Advance article drops tomorrow morning), and it turned out to be pretty packed…
