‘Deadpool 3’ And More Rumored to Have Trailers Shown at Super Bowl

The Super Bowl is right around the corner, and while most have diverted their focus on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce for most of the football season (and now the big game), Variety has reported that many exciting new movies and television series will have trailers and/or TV spots premiere during the game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Since the game will be shown on CBS, it’s almost inevitable that Paramount/Paramount+ content will be heavily promoted during it. Ads for John Krasinski‘s If…, Bob Marley: One Love, and A Quiet Place: Day One are expected to air during the game, while teasers for Knuckles, The Tiger’s Apprentice, The Family Stallone, and The Chi could also air.

For the Disney side of things, it’s expected that Deadpool 3 will have a trailer premiere at the Super Bowl (what better way to announce Taylor Swift’s heavily rumored involvement in the project than through the trailer, if she is indeed at the game cheering for Kelce), while Inside Out 2 and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes could also continue its marketing during the game.

Universal could also play some ads for The Fall Guy, Twisters, Wicked: Part One, and Kung Fu Panda 4, though they haven’t laid out any details as they would rather keep the surprises for the big game. Meanwhile, Warner Bros, Sony, Amazon, and Netflix will not run any advertisements this year.

Regardless of what will exactly premiere, one thing’s for sure: something is bound to break the internet and have fans talking at this year’s Super Bowl.

Apparently, there are rumors we may get first teasers of either Alien: Romulus or Star Wars: The Acolyte, too.
