First Trailer and Poster for ‘Ms. Marvel’ Releases

The first trailer for the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe series, Ms. Marvel, has been released online. The series is created by Bisha K. Ali and directed by Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, and Meera Menon.

The series stars Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, and will co-star Aramis Knight, Saagar Shakih, Rish Shah, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur and Alysia Reiner. Its plot synopsis reads “Marvel Studios’ Ms. Marvel is a new, original series that introduces Kamala Khan, a Muslim American teenager growing up in Jersey City. An avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, Kamala is a Super Hero mega-fan with an oversized imagination—particularly when it comes to Captain Marvel. Yet Kamala feels invisible both at home and at school—that is, until she gets super powers like the heroes she’s always looked up to. Life gets better with super powers, right?”

Additionally, its first teaser poster was released, which you can look below:
