DC FanDome: New Trailer for ‘The Batman’ Released

And now, the moment we have all been waiting for, the new trailer for Matt Reeves’ The Batman has dropped to end DC FanDome on a high note. Written and directed by Matt Reeves and co-written by Peter Craig, the film stars Robert Pattinson as the famed Caped Crusader and has also assembled an all-star cast comprised of Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, and Barry Keoghan. Here’s the official plot synopsis of the film from Warner Bros:

“From Warner Bros. Pictures comes Matt Reeves’ “The Batman,” starring Robert Pattinson
in the dual role of Gotham City’s vigilante detective and his alter ego, reclusive billionaire Bruce

Not much is revealed on the plot synopsis, but we do know that the film will take place in Bruce Wayne’s second year as Batman, as he battles known villains Edward Nashton/The Riddler, Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin, and Carmine Falcone in a fight against corruption through Gotham City.
