A24 Sets Release Dates for ‘C’mon C’mon’ and ‘Red Rocket’

Independent film powerhouse A24 has set its awards slate for Quarter 4 with two new releases. Mike Mills’ C’mon C’mon and Sean Baker‘s Red Rocket will be released on November 19 and December 3 respectively.

Both films premiered at film festivals this year to wide acclaim; C’mon C’mon at Telluride and Red Rocket at Cannes. Joaquin Phoenix stars in the first which tells the story of a radio journalist’s road trip. The second picture features a pornstar returning to his small town following his career.

These films join A24’s somewhat crowded fall slate with Lamb, Souvenir Part 2, The Humans and The Tragedy of Macbeth.
