There still is precious little information about the next James Bond film out in the world. We know who is directing the movie, which is Denis Villeneuve. We know who is writing the screenplay, and that’s Steven Knight. There still isn’t an actor cast in the iconic role, though that could be coming soon. Plus, now we know that the first draft of the script has been completed. More below.
According to Variety, Knight confirmed that he’s finished the first draft of the screenplay while speaking to Zoe Ball on the U.K.’s Greatest Hits Radio. Knight also seemed to at least have an idea of who his James Bond might be, as casting for 007 has been full of rumor and little fact so far. At this rate, we probably will find out the identity of Bond soon, especially now that a first draft has been completed. Stay tuned.
