Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!
For episode 278, I’m joined once again by my co-host Myles Hughes, with producer Steve Prusakowski working behind the scenes. This episode comes before Valentine’s Day this weekend, so we’re talking romantic comedies, romance on screen, and more. Some of it ties into the impending release of Wuthering Heights (reviewed here). With Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie hitting theaters (my rave review is here) as well, we also end up dovetailing that into a discussion of the Back to the Future trilogy for…reasons. Throw in a discussion about Gore Verbinski (my interview with him is right here), your questions, a rom-com game, and more, and despite recovering from a cold, we still pack plenty into this episode…
