First Trailer for ‘Spider-Noir’ Teases a Unique Television Series Within the Spider-Verse

The first trailer for Spider-Noir has been released online. Developed by Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot, the series will star Nicolas Cage, Lamorne Morris, Li Jun Li, Jack Huston, Brendan Gleeson, and Lukas Haas.

Here is the plot synopsis:

Spider-Noir is a live-action series based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. Spider-Noir tells the story of Ben Reilly (Nicolas Cage), a seasoned, down-on-his-luck private investigator in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life, following a deeply personal tragedy, as the city’s one and only superhero.”

Produced by Sony Pictures Television, the series will be released on MGM+ on May 25 for a linear broadcast, with all episodes dropping on May 27 on Prime Video, available to stream both in black-and-white and color.
