Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence to Star in Adaptation of ‘What Happens At Night’ for Martin Scorsese

Here’s some huge news. It’s no surprise that Leonardo DiCaprio is always looking to work with Martin Scorsese, and vice versa. It’s rare that either has a project being set up that doesn’t involve the other one. However, it seems like DiCaprio also enjoyed his time working with Jennifer Lawrence on Don’t Look Up, as he’s reuniting with her for another film. The rub? It’s likely Scorsese’s next project as well.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Scorsese’s next movie is going to be an adaptation of the graphic novel ghost story What Happens At Night. DiCaprio and Lawrence will star in the film as a married couple, who presumably will encounter some spirits while in Europe to adopt a baby. Patrick Marber has written the screenplay, so this is looking ready to roll. So, more on this one soon, which will be Scorsese’s next film, moving ahead of the Hawaiian gangster movie that DiCaprio was also involved in, though Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson were set to star.
