New Trailer for ‘The Brutalist’ Releases as Film Expands to More Cinemas This Weekend

A brand-new trailer for The Brutalist has been released. Written and directed by Brady Corbet and co-written by Mona Fastvold, the Golden Globe-winning film stars Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, Joe Alwyn, Raffey Cassidy, Stacy Martin, Emma Laird, Isaach de Bankolé, Jonathan Hyde and Alessandro Nivola

Here is the plot synopsis: 

“Escaping post-war Europe, visionary architect László Toth arrives in America to rebuild his life, his work, and his marriage to his wife Erzsébet after being forced apart during wartime by shifting borders and regimes. On his own in a strange new country, László settles in Pennsylvania, where the wealthy and prominent industrialist Harrison Lee Van Buren recognizes his talent for building. But power and legacy come at a heavy cost…”

You can watch the new trailer below and see the film in 70mm or IMAX in more cinemas on Friday, with additional expansions planned for January 24:
