Our First Look at the ‘Superman’ Suit From James Gunn is Here

This afternoon brought a nice surprise, as Superman filmmaker James Gunn unveiled the suit that star David Corenswet will be wearing in the movie. It’s our first look at the film in any notable way, so excitement is sure to be high. The casting and suit do appear to be spot on, too.

Superman is written and directed by Gunn, with Corenswet leading a cast that includes Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and Nicholas Holt as Lex Luthor in central roles. Supporting players will feature Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Wendell Pierce as Perry White, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, plus many more. The film will be released on July 11th, 2025.
