Can you believe March is almost over already? I bring this up because March is the month that contained the Academy Award ceremony. Now that the Oscars are in the rearview mirror, I know that some folks have started to wonder about my Year in Advance predictions. Well, they’re coming! So, fear not. However, I did want to present this weekend’s Awards Radar Community Question in regards to those predictions. Namely, how would you like to see the Year in Advance picks handled?
If you like the way I normally do them, just in a regular piece, as well as uploading them on to the Predictions page (here) of the site, feel free to say so. If you’re keen on something more of a slow rollout, that’s worth bringing up as well. I haven’t made up my mind yet, so there’s a real opportunity here to influence how Awards Radar will be bringing you these picks here in 2024. If that’s exciting to you, make the most of it!
Whatever your suggestions are, I’m eager to hear it. You’re also welcome to just say you don’t care and will read them when they drop. Depending on what I decide to do, you may even see the picks come on Friday. Regardless, Year in Advance predictions for the Academy Awards are on the way and you have a say in how they’re presented. So, speak up…
How would you like to see the Year in Advance Oscar predictions handled? Let us know!

Roll them out weekly. Keep us engaged
It’s one option being considered…
I would agree keep it going regular it’s interesting that way . It’s a good way to know what we should be looking for too at least some ideas .
Will you be doing the top 25 for the Oscar categories too ?
The first of the Top 25 category rankings drops on Monday!
Looking forward to it!
Thanks!
Maybe you can have a section under the current predictions to track your past predictions. I love seeing how things move around and change in the season. Also fun to see where you were at the beginning of the season compared to your final predictions. Just a thought…..
I’ve thought about that for years, actually. Just a slightly difficult technical proposition. So, that could be more in the future.
