’80 For Brady’ to Experiment With Lower Ticket Prices

Regardless of your thoughts about Tom Brady, the just released comedy 80 for Brady is up to something interesting. Apparently, not only is the film coming out right after Brady himself has retired, but it’s also trying out offering lower ticket prices to audiences.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, AMC Theaters is going to charge matinee ticket pricing for all screenings of the road trip movie. Will this lead to more butts in seats? Will the lower price mean 80 for Brady doesn’t hit number one this weekend? We shall see, but it’s an interesting experiment that may be sticking around with other films.
