First Trailer for ‘The Last Of Us’ Gives First Look at Pedro Pascal as Joel

The first trailer for HBO’s The Last of Us has been released online. Created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann and based on the video game of the same name by Druckmann, the series stars Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey as Joel and Ellie, respectively.

Its plot synopsis reads “Joel and Ellie, a pair connected through the harshness of the world they live in, are forced to endure brutal circumstances and ruthless killers on a trek across post-pandemic America.”

Gabriel Luna, Merle Dandridge, Anna Torv, Melanie Lynskey, Nick Offerman, Storm Reid, Graham Greene, Murray Bartlett, and Nico Parker are also rounding up the cast, alongside Troy Parker and Ashley Johnson, who played Joel and Ellie in the video games.
