‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ Has a Director in Destin Daniel Cretton

Moments ago, some big Marvel Studios related news dropped. After this past weekend’s announcement that Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will be one of the two films to end Marvel’s Phase Six, word has come out about who will be at the helm for the movie. Unsurprisingly, Kevin Feige and the MCU masterminds have chosen someone in house for the job.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel has tapped Destin Daniel Cretton to helm Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Coming off of the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Cretton is clearly a new favorite for Feige and company. No word on if this will lead to the Avengers: Secret Wars gig, but it’s certainly possible.
