First Trailer for ‘Black Adam’ Shows A Change in the DC Universe’s Hierarchy of Power

The first trailer for DC’s latest, Black Adam, has finally been released online. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, with a script from Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani, the movie stars Dwayne Johnson, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, Marwan Kenzari, and Pierce Brosnan.

The plot synopsis reads “Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.”
