Christopher Lloyd to Join ‘The Mandalorian: Season 3’

Great Scott! It looks like Christopher Lloyd will be going into a galaxy, far, far, away very soon. The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the acclaimed actor, known for Back to the Future, is on the call sheet for the third season of The Mandalorian which is currently filming.

Details on the role have been undisclosed (the entire production is kept under wraps), so very little is known about…well..anything, but he will be a guest in the series rather than a recurring character. We do know that Pedro Pascal, Carl Weathers, and Giancarlo Esposito are also returning and that Bryce Dallas Howard is directing one episode…but that’s it.

More will be known as the third season will make its way on Disney+, either at the end of this year, or at the beginning of 2023, but if Lloyd has been announced to join its cast, there will definitely be more casting news soon.
