Awards Radar Community: What Are Your Final Oscar Predictions?

Barring any last minute changes, yesterday I finalized my Academy Award predictions (found here). That’s how I see the Oscar nominations going down, and I swear, I’m going to resist the urge to tinker more than a tiny bit this weekend, if at all. That being said, this isn’t about me. Today (and really, always here at Awards Radar), it’s about you all, dear readers. Yes, for this week’s Awards Radar Community Question, it’s, perhaps unsurprisingly, Oscar predictions related. In short, we want to know your picks. Who and what are you currently predicting for Academy Award nominations on Tuesday morning? We want your final ones, too. No guts, no glory!

If/when you peruse my predictions, you’ll see my train of thought. As I’ve mentioned in the past, whether in posts or on podcasts, you should tell a story with your picks. If you just go about it randomly, it’s just a stroke of luck to be right. Following some kind of logic, however, leads to more success, but also a way of understanding how things might go. Anyway, I just wanted to mention that before we get to your choices…

Are you predicting a snub for Kristen Stewart? Do you have Drive My Car cracking the Best Picture and/or Best Director Lineups? Which film do you have leading the way, nomination wise? These are just some of the questions I’m pondering, so we’re curious what you all think. If you have a favorite contender you’re rooting for, be sure to tell us. Likewise if theres a movie or a performance you’re dreading see cited. Obviously, just keep it respectful.

We turn things over to you all now. Who and what have your final Oscar predictions? Is there anything particularly unique that you have pegged for Tuesday morning’s announcement? Either way, we want to hear from you, so don’t hold back. Let us know, and then just sit tight for next week’s big moment, because it’s sure to be a memorable one…

What are your final Oscar predictions? Let us know!
