DC FanDome: First Look at ‘Black Adam’ Opening Scene Lands Online

During DC FanDome, Dwayne Johnson revealed a glimpse of Jaume Collet-Serra’s Black Adam through behind-the-scenes footage, which gave the first glimpse of Aldis Hodge’s Hawkman, Noah Centineo’s Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell’s Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan’s Doctor Fate. Additionally, the movie will also star Sarah Shahi and Marwan Kenzari. The film’s script is written by Adam Stzykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani.

Alongside a behind-the-scenes featurette, Johnson has also revealed a scene from the film’s opening sequence, which you can look at below. You can see Black Adam in theatres on July 29, 2022:

Worth noting that Dwayne Johnson has repeatedly turned down offers to star in Marvel and D.C. superhero movies throughout his film career because Black Adam was the only one of those characters he ever wanted to be associated with.
