Tonight, we actually have an awards show to take in! Of course, the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards will look far different than usual, but still, it’s happening. The Emmys will potentially serve as a template for how awards are given out in the COVID-19 era. For that alone, it’s certainly worth taking note of. Plus, there are such interesting shows up for Emmy love, how can you not be at least a little curious to check it out?
Are there any shows or performances that you’re rooting for this evening? Perhaps Watchmen or Regina King? Maybe The Mandalorian? Could it be Schitt’s Creek or Succession? Personally, I’m a big fan of Watchmen, so all of the wins it presumably will pick up will be well received around these parts. Whatever or whomever you’re pulling for, be sure to let us know!

All I want is a Zendaya win. They could pull random names out of a hat for the other categories and I’d be chill as long as Zendaya wins. I know she’s a long shot and that it’s probably not gonna happen but I have my fingers crossed.
Succession across the board, mostly. Also would like to see Watchmen/Schitt’s Creek win some stuff so it looks like I’m going to be having a really good time with this one.
