‘One Battle After Another’ to Compete as a Comedy at the Golden Globes

It will not be surprising in the slightest for One Battle After Another to have a very strong showing this precursor season. Paul Thomas Anderson‘s film is slated to be one of the biggest Oscar contenders, which would also portend a whole host of Golden Globe citations as well. Today, it was revealed where Warner Bros. has set PTA’s movie to compete in. Find out where the submissions will be below.

According to Variety, Anderson’s film will be competing in the comedy categories at the Golden Globes. Not only does that potentially set it up to do very well with wins, given the presumed lighter competition, but the movie could challenge for the most nominations ever at the Globes. It’s still early for that, but we now know the categories where Leonardo DiCaprio and company will be competing in.
