AFI Fest Adds ‘Bugonia’ and ‘Jay Kelly’ (Plus Lots More) to 2025 Lineup

The 2025 AFI Fest is scheduled to be held from October 22nd to the 26th. The full lineup will be revealed on the 30th, but today, several titles were added. We already knew that Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere was opening the festival, with Song Sung Blue closing it. Now, we know several more films that will be playing.

According to The Wrap, the lineup now features movies such as Bugonia and Jay Kelly, though that’s hardly the list. Other titles include the world premiere of Nebraska Live (with Bruce Springsteen performing), alongside Christy, The Chronology of Water, Is This Thing On?, Nuremberg, Rental Family, The Testament of Ann Lee, and Train Dreams. More will be known once AFI showcases the full lineup next week.
