Official Trailer Released for ‘The Life of Chuck’

Moments ago, NEON released the official trailer for The Life of Chuck. Flying under the radar last year, the movie won the People’s Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival. Acquired after the festival, it’s now coming out this summer, in June, with some major buzz behind it. Could this be Mike Flanagan‘s big breakthrough with Oscar? The potential sure seems to be there.

NEON describes the film as such: “From the hearts and minds of Stephen King and Mike Flanagan comes THE LIFE OF CHUCK, the extraordinary story of an ordinary man. This unforgettable, genre-bending tale celebrates the life of Charles ‘Chuck’ Krantz as he experiences the wonder of love, the heartbreak of loss, and the multitudes contained in all of us.” Flanagan writes and directs, based on a Stephen King story, with the cast consisting of Tom Hiddleston as Chuck, alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, Jacob Tremblay, and Mark Hamill.
