New York Film Critics Circle Gives Top Prize to ‘The Brutalist’

Moments ago, the New York Film Critics Circle (or NYFCC) wrapped up their voting, giving Best Film to The Brutalist, which also took Best Actor for Adrien Brody. Best Director went RaMell Ross for Nickel Boys, while Best Screenplay was given to Sean Baker for Anora. The other acting winners were Marianne Jean-Baptiste in Best Actress for Hard Truths, Kieran Culkin in Best Supporting Actor for A Real Pain, and Carol Kane in Best Supporting Actress for Between the Temples.
