Ryan Gosling to Perform ‘I’m Just Ken’ at the Oscars

After months of figuring out whether Academy Award-nominated actor Ryan Gosling would indeed perform at the Oscars, Variety has confirmed that the actor is set to break the internet by performing the Oscar-nominated Barbie song “I’m Just Ken” live during its ceremony, which will take place on March 10.

While Gosling is playing coy on whether he will perform, this confirmation seems to excite viewers who would love to see the actor recreate one of the most iconic scenes in Greta Gerwig‘s Oscar-nominated blockbuster. The actor famously did not perform the previous song he acted on at the Oscars, “City of Stars,” for the 2016 musical La La Land.

Gosling has been nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his turn as Ken in Barbie. The film has been nominated for a total of eight Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Adapted Screenplay.
