Linda Blair will always be Regan MacNeil in The Exorcist, at the very least for her fans, but that’s only one piece of who she is. Blair is also an animal lover, so much so that she’s formed the Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation. While so many people just talk a good game, she’s actually putting her time, effort, and money behind animal welfare. Now, with The Exorcist approaching its 50th anniversary, she was able to spend some time talking about the film with me, as well as dogs. Well, mostly dogs, but hey, dogs are among my very favorite things in life.

As for The Exorcist, she has plenty to say about her experiences regarding that classic, as well as an interesting story about The Exorcist: Believer. It’s an interesting conversation, whether you love horror or not. She’s had quite the life, and it’s great to see what she’s doing with it now, very much to the benefit of our four-legged friends. Kudos.
