Awards Radar Community: What Do You Think of James Gunn’s ‘Superman: Legacy’ Casting So Far?

It’s an exciting time to be a Superman fan. Recently, it was announced (and confirmed by filmmaker James Gunn) that the Superman: Legacy leading man would be David Corenswet. Joining him would be none other than Rachel Brosnahan. Corenswet is our new Clark Kent / Superman, while Brosnahan will be portraying Lois Lane. Having let that news sit for a bit, this weekend’s Awards Radar Community Question puts that casting to you all. So…what do you think of the Superman: Legacy cast so far?

If you’re on board with the cast so far, let us know, and obviously let us know why. Those of you who listen to the Awards Radar Podcast know that Corenswet and Brosnahan were who Myles and I had said we would have picked, of the purported finalists. If you’re with us, why don’t you pop in and say so?

On the flip-side, maybe you wanted one of the other finalists? Was Tom Brittney or Nicholas Hoult your preferred Superman? Maybe Phoebe Dynevor or Emma Mackey would have been your choice for Lois? Personally, even though I mentioned above that Corenswet and Brosnahan were my top two picks, Dynevor wasn’t far behind. Truthfully, I think Gunn was on the money with all of his Lois finalists, but that’s just me. What about you?

It’s time to chime in. Are you a fan of who Gunn has cast for Superman: Legacy so far? Whether the answer is yes, no, or somewhere in between, we’re keen to find out your thoughts. So, let us know and don’t be shy…

What do you think of the Superman: Legacy casting so far? Let us know!
