Jonás Cuarón to Direct Bad Bunny in ‘El Muerto’

Among the many superhero films that are in the hopper, you might be forgiven for not having El Muerto on the top of your list. At the same time, the Bad Bunny led movie is only one interesting filmmaker away from making it far more intriguing. Well, word came out yesterday about who will be directing, and it just might have done the trick.

According to Variety, it’s none other than Jonás Cuarón who has been tapped to helm El Muerto. Cuarón is an interesting choice, one that helps make this potentially more than just a Bad Bunny vehicle. We shall see, but this Sony Spider-Man spin-off may have more possibilities than one might have expected. Stay tuned.
