Ruben Östlund’s Palme d’Or Winning Film ‘Triangle of Sadness’ Debuts First Trailer

The first trailer for Ruben Östlund‘s new film, Triangle of Sadness, has been released. The film tells the story of a wealthy cruise which happens to sink, and what the survivors of the wreck do while they are trapped on an island, waiting to be rescued.

Harris Dickinson, Charlbi Dean, Dolly De Leon and Zlatko Buric star in the film, while the screenplay was written by Östlund himself. Triangle of Sadness will hold its North American premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, before releasing in theaters across the United States on October 7th.
