Julianne Moore to Preside Over the Venice Film Festival Jury

The Venice International Film Festival has announced today that Julianne Moore is slated to preside the jury for this year’s edition of the festival.

The Jury, in addition to Moore, will be comprised of Mariano Cohn, Leonardo Di Costanzo, Audrey Diwan, Leila Hatami, Kazuo Ishiguro, and Rodrigo Sorogoyen.

More announcements are slated to be made soon, as the Venice International Film Festival is gearing up to begin on August 31st and will run through September 10th. At the very least, we now know that Julianne Moore will be leading the jury. With Moore in charge, an interesting winner is all but assured.
