After a promising initial trailer just two months ago, a brand new, more in-depth trailer for Guillermo del Toro‘s new film Nightmare Alley has just been released online, and is sure to get fans of the director’s work eager to see the brand new neo-noir psychological thriller.
The film chronicles the story of Stan Carlisle, an ambitious carny with a talent for manipulating people with a few well-chosen words, hooks up with Dr. Lilith Ritter, a psychiatrist who is even more dangerous than he is.
This new project from del Toro also comes complete with an all-star cast including Bradley Cooper, Cate Blanchett, Toni Collette, Willem Dafoe, Richard Jenkins, Rooney Mara, Ron Perlman, and David Strathairn.

Nightmare Alley is scheduled to be released theatrically by Searchlight Pictures on December 17, 2021.
