‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Gets Intense Second Trailer

It would not by hyperbole to say that Jon Watt‘s Spider-Man: No Way Home is the most anticipated movie of the year. The first trailer, which was released back in August, generated over 350 million views across social media, making it the most watched trailer of all-time, surpassing Avengers: Endgame‘s trailer record.

The upcoming third installment in the MCU’s Spider-Man trilogy – No Way Home follows Peter Parker after his identity as Spider-Man was exposed by Mysterio at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home, causing Parker’s life and reputation to be turned upside down. He asks Dr. Strange to help restore his secret identity with magic, but this breaks open the multiverse, and supervillains from alternate realities arrive to hunt Parker down.

Those who have been eagerly awaiting a second trailer are in for quite a treat because it is finally here. This is no doubt going to be one of the highest-grossing movies of the year, as it promises the return of some familiar faces that fans will adore seeing, as well as expanding the universe as fans know it – quite literally.

You can take a look at the trailer below:

Spider-Man: No Way Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, JB Smoove, Benedict Wong, Alfred Molina, and Jamie Foxx.

Sony Pictures will release the film theatrically on December 17, 2021.
