‘Venom: Let There Be Carnage’ Debuts a New Trailer That Promises Lots of Mayhem

When Venom was released back in 2018 to commercial success, raking in a total of $856.1 million against a budget of around $100 million, a sequel was absolutely inevitable, and we have known about its existence for a while now.

A few months back we got our first-ever teaser for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, but now we have a brand new, lengthier trailer that promises tons of mayhem for fans of the iconic comic book character.

Here is the official synopsis, courtesy of Sony Pictures:

Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of MARVEL’s greatest and most complex characters. Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage.

The film, which stars Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson, Michelle Williams, Naomi Harris, Reid Scott, and Stephen Graham, directed by Andy Serkis with a script from Kelly Marcel, is scheduled to be released on September 24, 2021.
