Two men at very different stages in their careers, Steve Buscemi and Daniel Radcliffe converge in wonderful fashion in the TBS comedy series Miracle Workers. With its third season, subtitled Oregon Trial, airing now, the two have the most screen time together they’ve had yet over the course of the series.
Miracle Workers resets each season, taking the same actors and placing them in new settings playing entirely new characters. Buscemi, who began the series in the first season playing God himself, stars in the third season as Benny the Teen, a notorious outlaw who stumbles upon a small town who are heading off on the Oregon Trail. The town is led by Radcliffe’s Ezekiel Brown, a mild-mannered priest whose morals are put to the test when he recognizes who Benny is.
We had the chance to speak with the esteemed actors about what makes Miracle Workers stand out as a series they not only were drawn to in the first place, but enjoy coming back to for each new season. They dug into their new characters for this season, as well as some of the other notable roles they’ve played over the course of their careers.
