New Trailer for ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’ Released

There was once a time when it seemed like fans of the 1996 film Space Jam would have to settle with just that one film. However, in the past year or so, a sequel was officially confirmed, which in turn, created much excitement and anticipation in the hearts of the original film’s fans.

A full trailer for the sequel, Space Jam: A New Legacy, was released back in early April, and a new trailer released today showcases even more zany goodness that audiences will be able to see in all its glory when the film releases in theatres and on HBO Max on July 16 through Warner Bros. Pictures.

Starring LeBron James, Don Cheadle, Khris Davis, Sonequa Martin-Green, Cedric Joe, and Zendaya, and directed by Malcolm D. Lee, the film follows James as himself as he must compete in a basketball competition between various different Looney Tunes characters in order to save the world.
