HBO Max Releases Trailer for Season 3 of ‘The Pitt’

Earlier this morning, HBO Max released its first teaser for the third season of its smash hit The Pitt. It is set to premiere January 2027. The upcoming season takes place on Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch’s (Noah Wyle) first day back from sabbatical, just before Thanksgiving.

In the trailer, we see the staff frantically treat patients in dire need while Robby mulls over his return in an intense voiceover:

“I knew my first day back would be hard dealing with what we go through here. And I knew that it could get a little bit crazy. But it’s time to get back to it.”

In addition to Wyle, The Pitt also stars Patrick Ball (Dr. Langdon), Katherine LaNasa (Dana Evans), Fiona Dourif (Dr. McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. King), Isa Briones (Dr. Santos), Gerran Howell (Dr. Whitaker), Shabana Azeez (Javadi), Ayesha Harris (Dr. Ellis), Sepideh Moafi (Dr. Al-Hashimi), and Shawn Hatosy (Dr. Abbot).
