First Image Released for ‘I Play Rocky’

The story of Rocky has always been like something out of a film, so the idea of a movie about the very making of that movie has merit. At least, director Peter Farrelly hope so, as does Amazon/MGM. To that end, the distributor has put forth a first image of Anthony Ippolito as young Sylvester Stallone, which you can see below.

I Play Rocky is directed by Farrelly, with a cast, in addition to Ippolito as Stallone, includes Stephan James as Carl Weathers, alongside P.J. Byrne, Matt Dillon, Jay Duplass, Tracy Letts, and AnnaSophia Robb.
